Workshop on Teaching Skills

The School of Education, Babu Banarasi Das University Lucknow, organized a Workshop on Teaching Skills for the Faculty members of BBD University. The workshop aimed to enhance teaching effectiveness by strengthening essential instructional competencies, including questioning techniques, reinforcement, explanation, lesson presentation, and reflective teaching practices.
The sessions focused on learner-centered pedagogy, active student engagement, effective classroom communication, innovative teaching strategies, and reflective instructional practices to improve the overall teaching-learning process. Faculty members actively participated in interactive sessions and collaborative activities, fostering the exchange of ideas and best practices in higher education.
The workshop reaffirmed the University’s commitment to continuous professional development, academic excellence, and quality education in alignment with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
